What do you need?

A safe supply of Electricity.

A table.

Any hot food and soft drinks if available, to keep up their energy levels.

How long do you play for?

As long as you like. I charge only whilst I'm playing music and not setup/pack down.

Can you play at our wedding ceremony/drinks reception/dinner as well as providing music for the evening?

Yes, this is something we do regularly. Please email us with your requirements. You may prefer to have a smaller combo earlier in the day (i.e. MATT BLACK TRIO).

How much space do you need?

Probably less than you think, approximately 3m x 4m . We are adept at fitting into unusual spaces! A stage isn't necessary (although it's a bonus if you do have one). We can also play outside, but will need to be under cover in case of rain as our equipment is easily damaged.

How long do you take to set up?

It usually takes us about 40minutes to set up, and we aim to arrive an hour before the performance. If you would like us to arrive earlier to set up this is usually possible but may involve a small extra 'waiting fee'.

How far do you travel?

Usually within approximately 2 hours of Lancaster. We will consider playing further away, but you may need to provide accommodation and travel expenses.

What if I have to cancel?

No problem - with enough notice we may be able to secure another booking and refund some of your deposit.

What equipment do you use?

Rest assured that you have selected the very best in professional state of the art sound and lighting systems. We take great care with our equipment and overall sound.

Is Your Equipment PAT tested and do you have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes, this is actually a very common question. Most hotels and venues ask to see proof.

How much does DISCODELIC cost?

This questions always depends on time/distance and date.

When is payment due?

A 25% deposit will book your date, and the balance is due 14 days before the day of the engagement.
